So if you value polished living or resale value, it could be underwhelming.

The layout claims good ventilation, natural light, and functional balconies, which, for a smaller flat, gives a practical urban-living atmosphere. Also, proximity to central transport (Bhandup station, connecting roads to other suburbs) plus nearby schools/markets makes it workable for daily living.
