I have been living in the Gokul Gagan in Kandivali for more than one year, but I left it due to a water issue. Earlier, everything was good, but later the water issue became very common in the area, which I didn’t like at all. I’m a working woman, and it was very difficult to deal with such an issue, so I decided to change the place, and luckily, I got the best living space in the nearby area at an affordable price without any issue. So, I would suggest those seeking flats in Gokul Gagan check with residents about the water condition before making any decision

Facilities here stay staple rather than standout. You get the essentials, but feels a little less luxury-level or aspirational. I also felt the common areas could use sharper cleaning routines and better lighting in blind spots at night. Occasional water supply delays were reported by residents I met, including the often-mentioned maintenance issue, which sometimes takes too many reminders. A solid project, but it could step up on the lifestyle part.

Gokul Heaven feels like a neighbourhood within a neighbourhood. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and very family-oriented. Gokul Gagan in Kandivali is one of the best residential properties. The complex was huge and hygienic, and the flats were very spacious. One thing that impressed me a lot was its high security via CCTV cameras installed everywhere in the premises, which is the most important step towards the residents' security. Not only the complex but the surroundings were good, offering all the necessary amenities like schools, a hospital, and shopping malls nearby. I highly recommend Gokul Gagan to those seeking good residential property in Kandivali.
