I recently visited the Louisandra Apartment to view a resale property. The complex was excellent, offering great lifestyle amenities, including a gym, CCTV Camera, reserved parking and more. Not only the complex but apartments were very spacious, bright, and offered a nice Worli sea link view. Overall, everything was good, but I still changed my mind due to high traffic in the area, and the complex was very noisy due to that. I checked with residents about the situation, and they said the traffic conditions are the same every day, so I thought it wouldn’t be a pleasant living space for me, so I left it. But still, if you’re planning to shift to Dadar, consider visiting this complex.

The only flip side of staying at Suraj Lumina is its compact unit sizes and tight land parcel; you might not initially realise, but you'll be compromising on open spaces, amenities, and even some finishing compared with larger luxury developments. Also, users have complained about fewer features than the marquee luxury towers it's lined up with.

I have been living in the Lousindra Apartment in Dadar for almost one year, and I wanted to share my honest review about it. The apartment is great, offering an impressive view of Bandra Sea Link and the Arabian Sea, with excellent sunlight and ventilation. The apartments are very spacious and bright, and the complex features nice lifestyle amenities, including a gym, high security, CCTV surveillance, reserved parking, and more. Not only the complex but also the surroundings were great, offering all the necessary amenities such as schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. I loved living there, but due to a job change, I left the place. If you feel like relocating to Dadar, Louisandra can be a good consideration.

Suraj Lumina in Mahim West offers a surprisingly good deal: smaller units (2/3 BHK) in a location that gives you access to Bandra, Worli, and Lower Parel, as well as Mumbai's hotspot- BKC. The design, developer credentials, and connectivity will surely make you feel like a smart urban buy with upside in the future.

Beware before buying properties from Suraj.

If you are buying underconstruction property, they are overpriced. Plus, while they give rosy stories before buying, they change colours after you buy. Possession is extremely delayed.

They only have a effective sales team, but a very poor customer service team.

I visited my friend who is staying in one of Suraj properties. The flat is extremely cramped. Layout is not good, because of which you don’t get to use area effectively. This is true for all its flats. And like before, overpriced.

Suraj was good once upon a time. But all it’s properties are now overpriced, small and delayed.
