Sumer Group, Mumbai

I often visit Sumer Life in Chandiwali at my friend’s house, and every time I waste hours in traffic in the nearby areas and struggle to park my car, as they have minimal parking spots for both residents and visitors. I don’t know how an excellent residential complex has not provided the proper parking place, which is highly required. Other than that, they have offered nice lifestyle amenities and security. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to new buyers or people looking to rent; book an apartment here. Not worth it at all.

Sumer Life in Chandiwali is one of the greatest residential complexes. I’ve been living there for the past 6 months and really feel happy. It is situated in a prime location near Powai Lake and IIT Bombay, with excellent road connectivity to highways such as the Western and Eastern Expressways. Public transport, such as bus services, is frequent and convenient. Apart from that, the complex offers a range of lifestyle amenities, including a gym, children’s play area, walking track, and a highly secure system. The apartments are spacious and well-constructed. I really like everything here and would love to recommend it to those who are searching for a good residential apartment in Chandiwali.
