The biggest red flag for me was how slow the construction was progressing; it’s moving, but not really moving, you know what I mean. Add to that, people in the area keep mentioning water supply and parking issues, which instantly drops the confidence to invest. Even the internal roads around the site get jammed during peak hours, so daily travel during that hour might suffer. For a project that markets itself decently, the ground reality doesn’t fully match up. I’d wait to see more progress before locking anything here.

I’ve been following Srishti Pride for a bit, and the construction quality, in my honest opinion, looks solid, especially when it's located on this side of Bhandup. The neighbourhood feels quieter than most of the central suburbs, which is a win if you want some peace after work. The sales team was surprisingly straightforward, which you don’t get everywhere, and the connectivity is also decent, while the internal layout looks practical. If they maintain the same pace and finish, it could be a pretty balanced buy for mid-range budgets.

Nice construction and Good sales team but construction work is slow i think..
