Sobha Developers is one of the reputed builders in Bangalore.That was the impression I had till I invested in their project.But I learnt a lot since then, with respect to customer service, the experience is the worst, never expected such a kind of bad experience from a public listed company.And about CRM, no one bothers to respond to mails or reply to calls.Overall, very very bad experience.Despite having RERA, the builders take customers for granted. pathetic.

Sobha as come up with another good project which is accessible and near to metro and outer ring road, and the complete area is going to develop in nearby future, very soon.

To start with first, the infrastructure of this project is not at all great! Sobha Developers emphasized their project to be one of the best in the real estate industry but it is not even close to what they promised. After moving into this housing complex, I realized that there are so many issues with the management and the builder. The maintenance fees are very high compared to the services and amenities offered at this complex. The staff do not do their work properly and if the residents have any issues, they do not even care to address it! Please do not buy a home here, especially with any of the Sobha Developers' projects.
