(As i had some experience in construction field i calculated the actual price of the apartment).

He is quoting 100% extra amount excluding his profit.

In return he is offering amenities.

I am not ready to pay double price just to enjoy amenities.

In fact for the same amount I can buy a bigger size apartment in the centre of city itself.

So better don't opt.

Sobha Windsor will be developed in the line of British Architecture. No other developer would have done the justice with this kind of development given there are lots of intricacies involved in delivered a perfect finished product.

I have visited & seen the concept, it gives you a feeling of royalty by just walking in the site office of Sobha Windsor.

I went to buy this one as it had come to sale.

Everything is good.

But when I went inside the apartment not fully satisfied because of poor ventilation.

Hall is full of dark as light doesn't penetrate till hall and even kitchen will be in dark at day.
