I have been living in the Shri Ganesh Residency, Ghatkopar. The complex is magnificent, and the apartments are spacious and well-equipped. I left after 6 months due to heavy traffic and pollution issues. Every day, I face heavy traffic for almost half an hour, which is really frustrating; also, the pollution in the area is extreme. You can’t come out without having a mask on your face. Also, I noticed that my daughter started falling sick more frequently than ever before. These two situations disturbed me, and I decided to leave the complex. But if you don’t have any issue with traffic and pollution and don't need to travel frequently, then you can consider buying or renting.

I’m sharing my honest review of Shri Ganesh Residency in Ghatkopar, where I’ve lived for almost 8 months. The complex is strategically located near the railway station, highways, and several major attractions, making it a well-connected neighbourhood. Additionally, it is well-managed, with safety measures in place, including generator backup, sewage treatment plants, and firefighting equipment. The apartments are well-designed and spacious, allowing you to personalise the way you want. It’s pretty costly; otherwise, I would have bought it.
