I often visit Gulmohar Avenue in Bandra to meet my uncle, and I wanted to share my honest review about it. The complex is good, featuring high security with CCTV cameras installed everywhere. The complex is huge, and the apartments are spacious, allowing natural light and a cool breeze inside the home. Everything is good, but reaching the complex is the only challenge. It takes more than an hour to reach the location due to excessive traffic in the area. You can not even move, and it always happens whenever you travel. I got frustrated. Overall, it is not for frequent travellers.

Gulmohar Avenue in Bandra is one of the residential apartment complexes. I have been living here for a long time and have never faced any issues. The complex offers great lifestyle amenities such as a kids’ play area, multipurpose hall, parking, security, green space, Power backup, and more. Additionally, the apartments are very spacious and well-ventilated, which you would love living in. Not only the complex but also the surroundings are great, offering connectivity to the major areas of the city and all the necessary amenities like schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. I really liked the complex and will soon move here.
