I thought of renting an apartment in Samar Heights as my office location was nearby. But when I visited the property, I changed my mind. The property was amazing, offering basic amenities and good connectivity to the major areas of the city via public transport. However, the traffic was worse; it took me one hour to reach the location from two kilometers away. Also, when I arrived there, I found the clouds were smoky due to pollution. I got really fed up, as it was unexpected for me. Additionally, I have a small daughter who may fall ill, so I didn’t move there and searched for an apartment in the nearby area, which is far better than this one.

I recently visited Samar Heights in Antop Hills to view a property for rent, which was truly remarkable. The complex was huge, offering a range of lifestyle amenities, including a gym, indoor game facilities, power backup, and 24/7 security, which truly impressed me. Apart from it, the apartments were also well-designed and spacious, offering great ventilation. Not only the complex but also the surroundings were great, offering all the essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, with great access to the major areas of the city. The pollution level is also low, and traffic conditions are good. I found less traffic in the peak hours. Overall, everything in the society was good and worth living. Highly Recommended.
