In my opinion reliable layouts in surrounding are better than this, in Shanders south city there is no provision for Broadband, even no amenities(even in Phase-1 also), forcing customers to get construction done from builder only(which is sub-standard). they are just giving 6 months warranty on building structure(whereas as per standards also other builder are giving minimum 5 to 10 years). No recommended. Please check with existing buyers before making any decision.
