I recently visited Safal Twins in Chembur to view a resale property. The complex was good, offering high-class amenities and spacious, well-ventilated, and bright apartments. It was very well built and well-designed, looking premium on the outside. I was really impressed with the complex, but still, I didn’t buy the apartment due to the high pricing and high maintenance charges in the society, which was really shocking to me. I won’t suggest buying or renting property here because I checked in other areas the property prices were comparatively low.

I often visit Safal Trademark to meet my friend and get irritated due to the heavy traffic in the area. It always takes more than usual to reach the place. But this time it was a disaster when I stayed back at his home for weekend masti. The place is so noisy, you can’t sleep even late at night. It was a very horrible experience visiting the place. I won’t suggest anyone renting or purchasing the apartment there if you love peace or live with small kids and elderly people. Such a pathetic experience, no recommendation for sure!

I have been living in Safal Ganga on rent, so I would love to share my honest review about it. The complex is huge, and the apartment is spacious, but still, I left the house due to limited parking and poor infrastructure. The complex faces a water/parking issue, and maintenance is required in the old buildings. The water issue is worse; every other day, I had to face it, which was very disturbing for my life. But now I’m happily living in the other residential complex in the same location, where there is no water issue or other problems. Also, the building is newly constructed.

I was living in the Jai Gopi in Chembur, but left it due to the high traffic. The complex is excellent, offering great lifestyle amenities with top-notch security through CCTV cameras installed everywhere in the complex. Additionally, the complex is spacious and well-ventilated, which gives nice space to organise things properly. The location is excellent, offering all the essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. I strongly recommend Jai Gopi for anyone looking for the best residential complex for their family. It’s truly worth considering.

Jai Gopi Krishna in Chembur is one of the best residential complexes with high-class facilities. I have been living here for a long time and never faced any issues. The complex offers a range of high-class amenities, such as 24/7 power/water supply, parking, a Kids' play area, and high-class security through CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. Additionally, it offers a range of essential amenities, including schools, a hospital, and nearby malls. The apartments are very spacious and well-built, which you would love. The residents are also very cooperative and friendly. I never felt living alone in this big city. I highly recommend this complex to those seeking good residential apartments in Chembur.

This is best place I certainly knew till now. I prefer you all that if you are buying any apartment anywhere don't forget to see this. The roads are also built in good quality and during rainy also the road doesnot affect the surroundings. It is cleaned most of the time and is certainly better place to purchase an apartment
