I recently visited Runwal Serene in Chembur to view a resale property. The complex was well built, offering great lifestyle amenities and spacious, bright apartments. But still, I changed my mind due to the high traffic and pollution in the area. It took longer than the estimated time to reach the place, and when I reached it, I felt the air was too heavy to breathe due to heavy pollution. I checked with the residents, and they said it’s usual here, so I changed my mind and left it, because my daughter is very small and it is not good for her health. I wouldn’t recommend buying or renting property here without thoroughly checking all the details first.

Runwal Serene in Chembur is one of the great residential properties that offers high-quality living at an affordable price. I’ve been living there on rent for almost 6 months and feel very happy. It offers great lifestyle amenities, including a gym, landscaped garden, kids’ play area, clubhouse, indoor games, running track, lift, and power backup. Not only is the complex itself great, but the surroundings are also excellent, offering great connectivity to the city's major areas and providing all the necessary amenities, including schools, colleges, hospitals, and malls nearby. I highly recommend Runwal Serene to those seeking a good living space in Chembur with family.

I moved into a 2 BHK at Runwal Nirvana, and the location in Parel is what I was sold on; right in the heart of the city with great transport links and good schools nearby. The interiors were designed with modern upscale in mind, and the developer’s attention to detail is prominent in that. The balcony views cut through the cityscape, and you genuinely get that urban-luxury feel. For someone who works late and values quick commutes, this place works very well in that lifestyle.

That central buzz comes with the usual Mumbai mid-/high-density issues: traffic congestion, noise, less green space than a fringe suburb, along with occasional infrastructure strain. Also, living in a very active hub may feel less “serene” than a quieter neighbourhood. But only if peace and wide open space are your top priority, then this may feel like an oversell.

Runwal Elina hits big for connectivity: right in the business-/transit-hub zone of Saki Naka, with smooth access to the metro, airport, south Mumbai (via aqua line), and major roadways. Units and amenities get very positive reviews, saying well-designed apartments, landscaped areas, solid build with good management around. If being central and well-connected is a priority for you, this will perfectly fit your likes.
