I have been living in RNA NG Suncity for almost one year but left it due to occasional waterlogging in the monsoon season. I moved here due to my job change after checking everything properly, but I didn’t check the waterlogging issue, which I didn’t expect, but during the monsoon, I struggled a lot while travelling anywhere, especially office. I got very frustrated and decided to change the society, and luckily got a good living space in the nearby area where there is no such issue. I would suggest people check about this problem before making any decision.

RNA NG Suncity in Kandivali is one of the best residential properties that offers nice lifestyle amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, high security, and uninterrupted water supply. I have been living here for the past two years and have never faced any issues. The people are so friendly, and the management is so humble and easily approachable. If you have any issues, you can contact them, and they will do their best to resolve them at the earliest. I have never seen such a good society, a good location with reasonable rent. I love living here and would love to recommend those seeking a good residential apartment in Kandivali.

RNA Continental earns points for overall livability. Residents often mention good connectivity, decent internal planning, and amenities that are actually usable, and not just brochure fillers. RNA Plazzo Project in(Kandivali west) was due to be completed by 2012, but still now the project is still incomplete, every time when asked about the update they have no satisfactory answer. All they say is they are waiting for the CC, when you call at their Head Office no one has answer to the questions, even they themselves are uninformed by their Management. Its been a heck of time, now they need to buckle up come in-front of their customers and answer all their concerns. Peoples hard earned money and their dreams are in the project!

Not very good builder many projects are pending the most are redevelopment projects are pending many tenants are suffering from not getting the rent my friends building redevlopment project is pending from almost 8 years I will not suggest any housing society to give their building project in their hands in my locality one SRA project also was very badly handeled in early years it was doing their work properly but after some years almost people have suffered from them as a reveiwer I will not recommend them

Even though I like the property, (the flat that I have bought in RNA Continental Chembur)I am livid with the lack of professionalism, transparency and honesty of the builder. I would have recommended buying this property to everyone but not any more. I am yet to get possession which was committed in Sep 2013. I cant even do much about the losses I am bearing(rented home till I get possession)

The laws that we have in this country don't even safeguard honest simple people like us from the builders like RNA Continental from whom we buy the home of our dream. Its a shame!

I do not recommend RNA Continental to anyone.

We booked a 3 BHK flat which we were supposed to receive possession in 2013. As always happens in Mumbai, this has been pushed - in this case innumerable times. A house in Mumbai is the largest investment that a family makes. Therefore, there is all the more responsibility that a real estate group sticks to their commitment. While we xpect a marginal delay, what however causes a lot of agony -

Lack of transparency - The apartments are more or less done, yet no visibility on possession. Obviously there are issues that they are facing. But they are unwilling to divulge.

Lack of basic courtesy to flat owners - Based on their date commitments, we have made plans on interiors, to not extend our rental agreements etc. Every time the date gets pushed they have lacked the basic courtesy to call up and inform us about delays. We have had multiple conversations and calls on this, yet we get to know of a delay or postponement only when we call them. This in spite of them having a'customer servicing team' and us having a'Relation Mgr' - an eyewash.

Unwillingness to pay up for our losses - Most builders in Chembur pay for rentals when possession takes time. Considering that these are huge value flats and we are also paying rental, we have asked them to bear rentals. We have been refused.

A complete lack of transparency, unwillingness to co-operate or be transparent and lack of courtesy have ruined our perception about this group completely. On the other hand, these were the guys who jacked up the car parking rates by 400, 00 when we delayed payment by 2-4 days. No integrity either.

I am a broker by profession. This RNA Corp is a big thief company.

please do not go for it ever, it is a chor company. Do not go for it I m saying it is worst and pathetic!
