I was living in the Pearl Aurelia in Dadar for almost two years, but left it due to frequent water issues, which were unmanageable for me. I shifted here due to my job change, and the first year went very smoothly. The surroundings, neighbours, and security, everything was good, but after a year, the complex started facing water issues frequently, which was very frustrating for me, because I’m a working woman and come late in the evening, and something happens as I come and open the tap, it's dry. After checking with security and neighbours, I found out that there is a water issue. I thought it was temporary, but when it started happening every other day, I left and moved to another society, which is very nice. I would suggest that if you’re planning to buy an apartment there, please check the water availability first.

I was searching for the best residential property in Dadar, so I visited Pearl Crest on my friend’s recommendation. The complex was excellent as expected, featuring all the modern amenities and spacious houses, but I still left it due to high property and maintenance costs, which were kept hidden before I viewed the property. I checked the same size property in other good complexes in the area as well, and they were cheaper, so I changed my mind and refused to buy it. Please check the pricing and monthly maintenance before visiting the complex to save your time, because it is not negotiable. Very bad management, never expected.

Pearl Residency in Dadar is one of the most pleasant living solutions in the area, which you won’t get easily anywhere in the city. I often visit Pearl Aurelia to meet my uncle, who has been living there for the past 2 years. I spend my weekends there and feel very peaceful and calm, perfect for living with family. Also, it offers great connectivity to the major areas of the city, which allows you to travel frequently, even if you plan at the last minute. This is truly a worth considering complex in Dadar if you’re seeking a home. I highly recommend such a great house with high security and spacious apartments.

I have been living in the Pearl Crest in Dadar for almost six months, so I wanted to share my view about it. The complex is excellent, featuring high-class amenities, top-notch security, and affordable pricing. I was living here with my family, and due to the friendly residents, my wife and kids were enjoying the society. But due to my job change, I left the city and moved to Delhi. Here also everything is good, but Pearl Crest is different. It offers everything an amazing resident would like to have. If you’re looking for residential property in Dadar for buying or renting, it can be your first consideration.
