Too Pricey for What’s Offered!

I’m all for paying a premium when it’s justified, but The Address by GS feels like a stretch. The per-square-foot cost is absurdly high, even for Bandra standards, and the space you get isn’t exactly generous either. Parking slots are limited, and the building density feels tight for something marketed as “luxury.” Unless brand value alone matters to you, there are better options nearby that give more for less.

Visited The Address by GS for an investment walkthrough, and it’s genuinely stunning. The interiors, smart-home setup, and elegant lobby scream luxury. The location alone, right in Bandra, makes it feel like you’re living the Mumbai dream. The design language feels very international, with spacious balconies and natural light everywhere. For anyone wanting a blend of city vibe and privacy, this project nails every one of those aspects.
