Although Raj Paradise promises amenities like a gym or a pool, when I checked, neither of them was functional in reality; the gym was barebones, and the pool was unused. Maintenance of common areas appears to be irregular, and some of the flats reportedly experienced seepage or leakage issues. For a building in a busy area like Andheri East, this lack of basic amenities and shaky upkeep makes it feel like a compromise. I’d only consider this if I’m tight on budget and not expecting much beyond basics.

Raj Paradise sits in a relatively calm section of Andheri, which will definitely be a pleasant surprise for you, as it was for me. The building looks decent from the outside, and the neighbourhood doesn’t feel chaotic. Even though there’s not much on it to find online, the basic surroundings seem workable. It’s one of those properties where the locality does more of the heavy lifting. For someone wanting a quieter area, this might cut in.
