I have recently visited Raheja Ascencio in Powai to buy an apartment with high expectations, but unfortunately, I didn’t like it. The units were really so small, and compared to other complexes available in the area, the amenities also didn’t attract me much. The price was too high, and the maintenance was also unaffordable, but not worth paying, because the lobby was very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned for 2-3 days. I didn’t like it, so I won’t recommend it, but if you feel like visiting, you can. However, I would suggest checking other properties in the area as well.

Raheja Ascencio in Powai is one of the most iconic properties I have ever seen. I recently visited a resale apartment there, which was extremely well-designed and spacious. Not only the apartment, but the building also looks classy, having all the lifestyle amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. I loved the property and really wish to own it as soon as possible. I highly recommend it to those seeking a well-constructed apartment at an affordable price to live with family.

It has been high time that there does come a need to Create signs, brochures and other information resources indicating parking availability and price for proper and systematic functioning. This needs to be taken care of.

At the time of possession, they make us pay extra money. No one else does this and we do not understand why do we have to pay extra to get the possession of our own house?

This is one among the most frequently falling problems that many of the builders have not been able to render accounts for maintenance fund collected, corpus money etc. This leads to compounding of the same leading to many frequent misunderstandings on the same topic.

Many of the developers have grown their thirst for improving their appetitie on construction of bigger malls and have scouted for land areas for the intiation of the establishment of the same as compared to continuing with their existing projects and helping to grow the same. This needs to be taken care of.

We are not allowed changes in the internal constrution of our own house although it is legally permissible!

There are cracks in the ceiling and the drainage system and pipes are also not well done because of which we have to spend hours repairing them.

It is high time now that the establishment of regulatory rules ensures accountability of the property buyers and protect their interests alongside bringing transparency in the various transactions that are carried out so as to actively indulge the buyer's interest.

The area looks good from outside but from inside there are a lot of problems like cracked ceiling and problems in the fitting of the pipes and drainage system.
