We have brought one plot in psr icon developed layout 6 years back. They have started the project 9 years back and so far have not finished amenities and not handed over the project to association, both builder and marketing agency cheated all the owners with false promises and not completed anything as per broucher, worst experience with builder and marketing agency , we took loans from banks and brought the plots and lost our hard earned money with no appreciation.
