In Feb 2024, I bought one under construction property in Provident Park Square Judicial Layout, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru.

The sales team(Prashanth R & Mr Manjunath) promised me that the property will be ready by end of the year in Dec 2024.

Obviously there was no element of truth in it. The CRM manager Mr Sarandeep told me that I will get possession only at the end of Sep 2025 & that the sales team are making false promises.

I am an NRI and I made this visit in Sep 2025 only to take possession of my flat. When I realised that registration was not happening, I decided to pay in full so that I could start my interior work & took soft possession of my apartment.

Till date no news on registration & they keep coming up with a whole lot of excuses.

No one replies to the email or calls, even on escalation.

Builder doesn't have Ekhata . cannot provide date when Ekhata will be provided.Without Ekhata registration cannot happen.They have taken money and people have been waiting for 1 year for registration.When enquired sales team threatens

Lots of hidden costs like BESCOM and Cauvery connection. almost 5 lacs extra for 3 BHK apartment they will force you to pay at the time of registration. Also project is delayed and builder is not ready to pay compensation. As per RERA the handover should be done by July 2022 however its not yet done. They are hurriedly calling people for inspection of incomplete apartments . apartments have seepage issues now itself. also water and electricity is not there. Water they give you through tanker and electricity on DG set both of hwich is super expensive. Its as good as you are paying 10k extra pm for BESCOM and Water.

We have booked a flat in pre-launch project of provident park square by paying 1 lac rupees. However we have withdrawn it before it’s launch date( as per the executive has directed) initially sales person Srikanth Manjunath has told us that we will get our 1 lac as refund if we withdraw it before the project launch. We did as they said and on 27th of March we have emailed the sales person about our cancellation but there was no reply even after couple of days. I have called up Gowtham H K who is the manager of Srikanth and he promised me that the cheque will be dispersed before 10th April. Even that date passed and I sent a follow up email which is of no use and Provident team doesn’t even responded on that. Some how I got the FB link of Anand NArayanan who is the head of sales & marketing and CRM of Provident, and I wrote to him but he is also the same, he did not responded to me. Till now I am following up with those guys to get my amount back.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PROVIDENT HOUSING AT ALL. TOP TO BOTTOM ALL ARE CHEATERS
