I recently visited the Prime Residency in Khar to visit a rental property. My friend has suggested this property, so I was very excited, but everything changed as I entered the society. It was shockingly unhygienic. I saw the torn beddings were thrown outside the society gate, which was unexpected. Also, the apartment was not that great. It was very small, with a poor water tap and electricity board fittings. I didn’t like the society. I won’t suggest anyone buy or rent property here; rather, view the other good options available in the nearby areas.

I have been living in the Prime Residency located in Khar for almost one year. The complex is extremely good, offering high-class amenities such as a good water supply, high security, parking, and more. Not only the complex but also the surroundings are great, offering all the necessary amenities such as good local markets, restaurants, Cafes, hospitals, and parks nearby. Also, located close to the Khar railway station and metro station, it offers seamless connectivity to the major localities of the city.
