Recently I had bought a property from Pride group. At the time of sales we were told that there will be adequate supply of water. However, true colours revealed after the registration and handover of the property. Now they say water can be provided only once a week and in case of more consumption I need to pay for it. Firstly they charge a hefty maintenance fee and on top of that fail to fulfill basic requirement of water. They have a Customer relation team but they act like collection agents for the builder. Absolutely horrible. I feel cheated and will not recommend them to anyone.
