Im writing my honest review about Pratik Paradise after living there for 1 year. Everything is good in the building, the amenities, surroundings, and the people, but the construction is subpar. The building is satisfactory, but the apartment has several issues, like electrical attachments, water taps that leak from the joints, and rooms that get moist during the monsoon. In my one year of living, I faced almost all the problems, got frustrated and left it. I would say this honestly, please dont plan to rent or buy an apartment here; otherwise, you will really regret it. Not worth it at all.

I recently moved to Pratik Paradise on rent, and I liked the property very much. The complex is huge, featuring all the lifestyle amenities that make living really convenient. Additionally, the apartments are spacious compared to other buildings located in the area, and people are very good and cooperative. It’s been just a month since I moved here, but I feel like I have been living here for years- such a nice and family-friendly complex. I highly recommend those who are searching for a good residential apartment in Kanjurmarg.
