We had booked flat in project springwoods kandivali east developed by M/S Pratik Constuction


They demanded 30% cost as the work was in progress


After paying amount and making agreement on june 2024 they kept work in progress


After some time the work got slowed and they stoped correspondence


We complained to MAHARERA regarding not revising the regestration and new possesion date


Now they have don;revision and possesion date extended to December 26


But no progress of work


The inventory record put on Rera site is misleading


The date of registration is missing in my case .It is shown as booked


I had taken this matter to govt but officers are not acting as if some pressture


We want expert guidence to go against these builders who are not in market to serve but cheat


I am ready to pay fees
