I stay in Budigere currently, was looking into projects in and around, as I see the progress and potential in this location I have bought a 2BHK in lagoon for 35L and would recommend whoever is looking investment. Lagoon is well planned and good utilisation of space as room sizes are very good.

I visited the property after one of my cousin who has booked a flat there asked me to, it was good but the room sizes are small compared to other projects in that area, but for the cost its OK, Its good for young generation. the area will take time to develop, builders are claiming it ll take 2 years but I think it ll take minimum 4 yrs to develop, prices are OK types for the property, plans are also good, if you can wait for 3-4 yrs for the area to develop its a good option. I wanted to invest hence booked a 1 BHK, since builder takes care of the EMIs till handover, nothing much to lose.

Good property work is going on at great speed I am looking forward to see my completed flat.Pashmina Lagoon is very well planned, construction quality is good, I have bought Jodi apartment last month, it's value for money! thanks to pashmina management.

Very well designed, visited the site, all reviews posted here we're fearsome, but the painting of blocks hv commenced, they are geniune builders, hv bought Jodi apartment , 3 bedroom for 50L , value for money, they took me and family to the bought apartment and showed me all round the project with patients

Peaceful place away from main traffic this property is for the people who want live in peace and away from pollution prices are very competitive. I have been searching for a property in that area for quite sometime but was not able to find in my budget.Lagoon Residences fit in both my pocket and quality

Pashmina offers attractive price to their clients. my friend bought a flat through this builders after I bought an apartment with pashmina. I was very happy with the progress the project made in initial few months now I have already paid almost all the amount months back. Since then till now their has been no progress in my apartment. They have to stick to their words and time to finish such that project

I found their design and construction quality of pashmina project as real good factors when I booked the apartment on pashmina project. Even the design and specification of this project is up to the mark. But, the project construction started late after pre launch. Sale agreements terms were also complicated. They have to stick to their commitments and time to finish such a project. Sale agreements terms were also complicated. Early to comment now, how this project will come. hoping for a smooth ride.

There have been delays, but that should not be the only reason to be disappointed with them, unless few readers have bought their properties from them when the market was at its peak. Just to put things in perspective, the integrity of pashmina as a group and that of its management should not be questioned. They are committed to delivering promises and hats off to them for pulling through in these turbulent times

Before booking a flat in Pashmina we went through their projects those which in under construction and completed projects. They are all at nice with good construction quality. There have been delays, but that should not be the only reason to be disappointed with them, unless few readers have bought their properties from them when the market was at its peak. They are now co-operating with us and have ensured me that there will not be any delays.
