Parinee Developers, Mumbai

Overall, Parinee Adney feels fine, but for what you pay, it doesn’t feel super premium as it states. Even the 2BHKs start at a high bracket, which makes you question the price-to-quality ratio. As the maintenance and cleanliness around common areas sometimes lag, especially given how many units there are. The surrounding locality is developing fast, but not too fast, which results in traffic and occasional waterlogging during rains (street-level, not inside the society). If you’re picky about space and serenity, this might come across like a bit of “crowded city-life mid-range compromises.”

I moved into Parinee Adney because I wanted a brand-new place in Boravali, and preferably in the West zone of it, and the result was pure satisfaction. The twin high-rise towers feel fresh, the layout is well-planned, and the apartments get good light & ventilation. Amenities like a landscaped garden, a multipurpose hall, lifts, and covered parking add that extra layer of comfort. The connectivity is excellent for being close to Borivali station and Western Express Highway, so commuting to different sections of Mumbai is easy. For a mid-to-premium flat in this area, I’d say it hits the sweet spot between convenience and value.
