Residents praise the stable electricity (very few power cuts) and good streetlights/security, making it feel safe and reliable. The locality is well-connected through autos, cabs, and other transport that are easily accessible, and daily amenities (markets, schools, hospitals) are also within the range. For long-term investment or living, it feels both functional and classy.
