Omkar Group, Mumbai

I recently visited Omkar Viva to view a rental property. The complex was excellent, offering great lifestyle amenities and high-class security via CCTV cameras installed everywhere in the premises. So, my expectation increased, but as I viewed the apartment, I got very disappointed because it was completely different, what I thought and what the owner told. It was a too-small apartment with no ventilation, and the rent was too high. I won’t recommend anyone buying or renting property in the Omkar; rather, consider other good options available in the area.

I have recently shifted to Omkar Viva and would like to share my residence experience with you all. The complex is excellent. The moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment was fully equipped and gave a premium feel. The complex offers great lifestyle amenities and high security. Not only the complex but also the surroundings are great, offering nice connectivity to all the major areas of the city. I’m very impressed with the management who are easily approachable for any query or issue. Best place to live at a competitive price. Highly recommended, worth considering!
