Very bad After sales service- Dictatorial MD

Review On Nirman Shelters, Bangalore

Yesterday I had a very bad experience with Nirman shelters. I had called the office to enquire about the Possession certificate to be given to site owners.

I came to know that all property documents submitted by me 6 years before have been lost by negligent employees. The lady who responded  talked very rudely & asked me to provide one more set of documents which I questioned. Why should I be penalised for no fault of mine & spoke about their careless handling.

I asked her to provide WhatsApp number so that I could send scanned copies as I am residing 30 kms away which she flatly refused & called me ARROGANT.

This is the worst way to handle customer grievances. I complained later through the feedback on the website.

The strange & customer unfriendly MD, Mr Lakshmi Narayan instead of regretting or apologizing me for the careless services, supported his own erring staff & blamed me instead & advised me to be careful while talking to lady staff.

I strongly recommend all my friends not to invest or buy property in Nirman shelters because of their rude & customer-unfriendly attitude & lack of humanity especially the MD, Mr Lakshmi Narayan who is dictatorial & arrogant.
