Guys Next Generation builders are located in bandra and have some projects in Mumbai. I had booked a flat in one of their projects in Bandra East and was expecting delivery of the house on the time they had committed to me which was on December of 2013 but now its June of 2015 and I have got possession now.

In fact, they had already taken all money from me just some small amount before possession was pending. The construction quality is also not that good looking at the price he charged us, and the building dos not look much similar to the kind of elevation they showed us.

Even the internal amenities like tiling and sink and other basic stuff is also of not the imported quality which they had committed. Please think 10 times before buying from this builder.
