I genuinely liked the greenery and open feel compared to nearby buildings. The society has a calmer atmosphere than most Chembur projects. Maintenance of common areas is decent. Flats get good ventilation. And I suppose this is it, when it comes to finding suitable homes for families who want a quieter environment. Plus, the garden spaces are a real add-on.
