Personally, the flat sizes felt a bit tight. If you’re used to spacious layouts, this could be a deal-breaker. Amenities are limited and mostly functional. And there isn’t much open space within the society either. It’s more about location than lifestyle, which won't be ideal for long-term comfort seekers.

The biggest plus here is the connectivity, as getting around Chembur is fairly easy if this is your starting point; Shops, schools, and transport options are close by. Each unit is compact but efficiently designed. It works well for working professionals or small families. As of now, even the maintenance seems decent so far, and so far, it’s proving to be a practical city living.
