It's good not to forget Andheri West’s, which is a big plus in the location section. Add to that a strong connectivity to transport, schools, and social infrastructure, and you get the best deal you could wish for in a prime locality of Mumbai. The building is relatively new (possession started around June 2022), so the overall structural risk is lower than very old neighboring societies.
