I recently visited Mayfair The View in Vikhroli to view a resale property. The complex was well-constructed, and the apartments were well-designed. I liked the skyline view from the apartment I visited. The complex offered great lifestyle amenities, which have now become a part of our lives. Still, the moment I went back home and faced the huge traffic, it was just unbelievable, and when I checked with the nearby residents, they said the traffic is there daily. The noise and pollution due to construction were also extreme, so I decided not to book an apartment there, because both were things I can’t tolerate. I wouldn’t suggest it, but still, if you want to purchase or rent property here, be sure to check things out thoroughly.

My experience at Mayfair Akshay hasn’t been smooth, and the reason behind it is the parking crunch; it’s genuinely frustrating during peak hours. The surrounding lanes get jammed easily, so entering or exiting the building feels like a task. The construction quality is also okay at best, nothing exceptional for the price bracket they offer it at. Noise from the neighbourhood isn’t always manageable either. I wouldn’t call it a bad property, but it comes with compromises that you won't be happy with.

I often visit Mayfair The View in Vikhroli to meet my brother. He has recently bought an apartment there. The complex is well-equipped, offering a range of lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, community hall, gym, and children’s play area. Additionally, situated in a prime location, the complex provides excellent connectivity to the city's major areas via buses, trains, and taxis. The apartment offers great skyline views from some units. Additionally, to keep their residents safe, the CCTV has been installed in every nook and corner. The apartment cost is reasonable, and renting is also affordable, so people with a low budget can also afford it. I highly recommend this excellent residential complex, which offers high security and great facilities.

It's been some time since my stay at the Mayfair Akshay now, and hands down, the biggest win for me is the location; everything from groceries to cafes is within walking distance. The building itself is safe, and daily chores are super manageable because of how well-connected Andheri West is. With the flat layout being practical, the flow of natural light is pretty good, too. If you’re someone who depends heavily on public transport, the connectivity is a huge plus. Overall, for the everyday living unit, it'll be a top choice.

Mera flat h 36 building me yaha pani ka jyada problem h flat sale karte samay bataya tha ki 24 hrs pani rahega abhi 10min tak pani ata h usme bhi pani return chale jata h tank mese unko complaint kiya to bhi reply nahi ata h mene group me phoyo bhi dala h tank khali hua aur complain register kiya uska but koi update nahi h garbage ka bag sab ground floor pr rakhte h

Two years ago, I booked a flat in Mayfair Virar Gardens(Cosmos Bldg. 42) with big dreams, trusting the name and false promises made by their sales team. I was promised a fully furnished flat with a modular kitchen, bathroom interiors just like the sample flat, and the biggest bait 24x7 water supply.

Last week, I visited for possession. What I saw broke my heart.

👉 Cheap tiles,

👉 No modular kitchen,

👉 Incomplete, low-grade bathrooms,

👉 No water tanks installed,

👉 And worst 24x7 water turned out to be just 2 hours a day.

This isnt just a complaint its a warning.

🔴 Dont get fooled by the Mayfair name.

🔴 Dont trust verbal promises get everything in writing.

🔴 Talk to real residents many are already unhappy.

You deserve a home, not heartbreak.

Ill be sharing real pictures soon, and I wont stop until I get justice. Please share this so no one else suffers the way we did.

It's kind of a good place where you can get joy and live your life if you want everything in your budget. If you want to enjoy in a low budget then this is perfect for you.

Do not opt for an apartment in this complex because this will not provide the amenities as listed by the builder, also the carpet area is very less.

They do not have the proper approvals and licenses that are needed for constructing a building.

The builder has not even obtained construction permission and he wants people to invest in his project! People are not fools! We know that people like these builders exist who want to just run away with other people's hard-earned money!

The possession of this place took a lot of time and then the maintenance of the place is also quite high. Not a good property to invest your hard earned money!

The owners are not so concerned about the negotiation of the flat prices and this leads to general resentment among the buyers who are looking forward towards buying flats. When the deal does not proceed towards effective negotiation, it shows a lack of interest in the builder to close the deals.

They make you pay additional charges at the time of possession and you would have hardly would expect this from such renowed builders.

The staff is not trianed well and they do not answer basic questions about the property honestly, which I found very fishy and decided not to invest in the property.

I have lived in a building built by May fair builders in Malad Marve. The builder took all payments in cheques, no hidden charges and delivery of flat on time. There after sales service is alo adequate. The difference between built up area and carpet area is less relatively. Building has strong foundation.  I lived in that building for 7 years and was satisfied. The amenities are not world class but for a middle class person it is o.k.  I would suggest any one from the middle class or upper middle class whose budget is slightly above average to take interest. Lower middle class cannot afford these flats. Before buying satisfy your self  regarding the location of the building.

I have been on property hunt since past six months now and a few weeks back I came across The project Mayfair Mystic on Housing.com  of Mayfair builders for their project in Ghatkopar. Its located in a very prime locality near Vasant Circle and is quite convenient as its located near Eastern Express Highway. I got basic details of this project on housing.com and for additional details I visited their website where they have mentioned every minute detail which is needed by a buyer.

I called up their sales office and booked an appointment they also sent a car to my place for site visit. This was really very nice of them. The overall experience in sales office was good and they assured my possession next year and I have studied that in their past projects they have given possession on time, which 99% builders in Mumbai are not able to do.

They also have a very transparent pricing policy and they had completed 50 years in this industry so they offered me a special discount and their all charges were transparently disclosed without and hidden ones, this is what I liked about them and finally went ahead for booking and would recommend this project for genuine property seekers. Kudos to Mayfair Builders.
