The apartments are well-built with earthquake-resistant RCC frames, designer flooring, and quality fittings; the common floor specs mention good build quality and modern finish, too. Strategically, it’s only 7 minutes from Mulund station, and there’s good access to the Eastern Express Highway, making it further very commuter-friendly. Apart from the internal benefit, there’s also a good number of covered parking spaces.
