I booked a flat in Mascot Manorath hoping for a peaceful home in Noida Extension, but my experience has not been very good. The project looked promising at the time of booking, and the sample flat was nice. But after that, things started getting disappointing.

The main issue is continuous construction delays. Every time we asked for possession updates, the builder gave excuses and pushed the date further. It has been very frustrating, especially when you’re paying EMIs and still not getting your home on time.

Also, the customer service is not helpful. They don't respond properly and there’s a serious lack of communication. The location is good, and the project has potential, but management needs to become more transparent and responsible.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the layout and design are good. But overall, the delay and poor service make the experience very stressful.

Having been cheated by these people several times... I can say.... they are fraud and have absolutely no ethics and credibility

I was promised possession in 2 years in 2014 but I still have nothing in my hand such a use less builder. They will keep giving new dates and also the staff is very sarcastic and unapologetic that they would keep laughing at you. They have two MD, s Mrityunjaya and Sandeep, they are very very rude that they actually threatens you with some local politicians help and a local Gujjar goon.
