I recently visited Avalon on my friend’s recommendation to view a resale property. The complex is huge, premium-looking, and the apartments were so spacious and airy, which I loved a lot, but I still couldn’t make a decision due to high pricing and other extra costs. The broker told me a different price, and when we loved the property, they gave some revised price stating it was the limited-time booking offer, which can’t apply now, but I still remember he didn’t say any such thing, whatever the reason, but the final price was beyond my budget, so I left it. I would only suggest new buyers or renters to please check every small thing, from the main price to maintenance charges, before visiting the property; otherwise, it can happen to you as well, which can break your heart and waste your time.

I recently visited Avalon Paradise in Malad to view a resale property. The complex was looking premium with excellent build quality, and the apartments were also spacious and bright. Not only the complex but also the surroundings were great, offering good connectivity to all the major areas of the city. I viewed many properties in the area, but Avalon had a different vibe. I got hooked on it and decided to buy a flat here only. It has high security, 24/7 power, and water supply, and premium lifestyle amenities. I highly recommend Avalon Paradise to those looking for a great residential property to live with family at an affordable price.
