We had an extremely unpleasant and misleading experience with this group, and I want to share it so others can be cautious.
It started at D-Mart, where someone took my phone number for what they called a lottery draw. The next day, I received a call saying I had won some free gifts and needed to visit their office to collect them. They didnt mention the company name at alljust gave directions and insisted we come in person.
When we arrived (myself, my wife, and our 1-year-old baby), we were told we needed to attend a 45-minute session to learn about their company before receiving the gift. They led us to a room with loud music, round tables, and a few other people who looked like they had been waiting too.
They then presented extremely attractive-sounding travel offers, claiming we could save money if we paid ₹6 lakhs over 45 years. As a gift, they said we could choose between a plot of land, a Royal Enfield bike, or 50g of gold. What was supposed to be 45 minutes turned into 3 exhausting hours. For reasons we still cant understand, we stayed through it.
They didnt allow us to look them up onlinekept giving excuses and distracting us. Eventually, we gave in and paid a token amount. Their manager Arif assured us that even if we cancelled later, the token amount would be fully adjusted towards travel services.
After payment, they said we would receive a gold card the next day and asked us to sign an agreement. Our baby was crying by then, and we just wanted to get out. They handed us some cheap gift items, recorded a video asking us if we had taken the offer willingly, and sent us home.
When we followed up about the gold card the next day, they avoided the topic completely and instead insisted that we first visit the plots before receiving anything. We went to their office again, and they arranged a car. They took us to three random villages and showed us scattered plotsnone of them belonged to the same company name they originally mentioned, and there were no layouts or proper markings.
At that point, we decided to cancel. But when we returned to their office and informed them, they said they would deduct 18% tax and ₹2, 500 as agreement charges. We were frustrated, angry, and felt completely misled, but there was nothing we could do. When we told that we will go to police, that idiot replied that they have a video of us where they asked us if they forced us and we told NO. Man we were exhausted then and just wanted to get out to feed the kid. Didn't think through this.

- Thank You! We appreciate your effort.
