I recently visited Mahindra Vicino to visit a resale property, and I am sharing an honest review about it. The complex was good, offering great lifestyle amenities, and the apartments were spacious, but still, I didn’t make up my mind to buy the property there due to the very high pollution and noise in the area, due to the heavy traffic and industrial activity, which is a permanent issue. I saw the good residential areas with less pollution and silence just a few kilometres away, which I found far better than this one. I won’t recommend this complex, especially if you have small kids or elderly parents.

I’m writing this review after living in Mahindra Vivante for almost six months. The complex is worse and is no longer livable. The building looks so beautiful, but poorly constructed. The electricity fittings are a disaster, some of the switches are not working, and a leakage issue in the washroom is unacceptable. Thank God I took the property on rent before buying it and saved myself. Such a big Brand and the poorest construction ever experienced. Please save your money and avoid investing in such poor property; instead, look for the other good options available in the nearby areas.

I recently rented an apartment in Mahindra Aminente in Goregaon and wanted to share my honest review about it. The property looks great, but the build quality is inferior. The walls are cracked, and there is water leakage in the washroom, which I have asked to repair multiple times, but my owner is not taking it seriously. Although the surroundings and residents are good, the complex is not worth living in and is expensive as well compared to other good properties in the nearby area. I would not recommend this useless yet expensive residential apartment to anyone. Please stay away!

I often visit Mahindra Heights in Tardeo to meet my brother, who has recently shifted there. The complex is well-equipped, offering all the necessary lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, kids’ play area, and a tennis court. The apartments are also spacious and well-constructed with good electrical fittings and water tap fittings. However, there are some flaws, high pollution in the area and inadequate parking for both residents and visitors. I suffered multiple times while parking my car and even my bike. These are the few things I didn’t like, so I won’t recommend anyone buying or renting property there. Instead, I would suggest buying or renting a property a few kilometres away, as I found a more classy-looking and affordable property option with less pollution.

Here’s the catch: there are almost no credible resident reviews on public forums or listing sites about actually living here; no broad feedback on long-term maintenance, water/ power issues, or even how the community is. And that kind of gap makes me think you’re buying more for the sake of brand name and layout than the real lived experiences. Also, being in a busy stretch of Andheri East means obvious traffic, noise, and congestion-related city hassles that will never vanish, indubitably; a fact that at times might sting. All said, if you opt for Vivante, it’s a fair bet, but only if you’re okay with a bit of uncertainty about what living there will really feel like.

Mahindra Vicino in Andheri offers great living, which is not easily available in the area. I lived in Mahindra Vicino for 6 months and then left it due to a job change. The complex was really great, offering all the modern amenities to make life easy, and the roads are well-maintained within the complex and the surrounding areas. I never faced any challenge while travelling or living in society. The residents were so cooperative, and society was so clean. I have seen many properties in the nearby localities, but none were as good and affordable as Mahindra. I would love to recommend this great place to those searching for a good residential complex in Andheri.

Mahindra Aminente is such a wonderful place to live in. I have been living here for a year and have never faced any issues regarding construction, security, or anything else. It offers great lifestyle amenities, including reliable power backup, a well-maintained lift, ample parking, and many more. The people are very cooperative in both the society and the locality. Additionally, it offers excellent connectivity to the city's major areas due to its strategic location. I highly recommend Mahindra Aminente, especially for the family.

I checked out Mahindra Vivante on Suren Road in Andheri East, and as an already ready-to-move-in project along with the tag of a reputed builder, it looks solid with good connectivity to highways and public transport, has well-laid out 1/2/3 BHK flats, and amenities like gym, pool, landscaped gardens, and parking, further make it attractive if you want a complete package. The towers and layout seem decent with reasonable construction quality; for someone working near Andheri East or needing quick access to central zones, it feels like a practical home move.

I live in Mahindra Vivante in Andheri and love to share my review about it. The complex is really worth living in. It offers great lifestyle amenities like a swimming pool, gym, kids’ play areas, AV room, and a Banquet hall, which make daily living enjoyable. Additionally, the area boasts unmatched connectivity to the major areas of the city via public transport. It is the best place, especially for families, as it offers high-class security through the CCTV installed even in the common areas, and the Security guard is prompt, observing every entry and exit strictly. I highly recommend such a great and secure residential complex at an affordable price.

I recently visited Mahindra Heights to view a resale property, which was quite good. Situated in a prime location, the complex offers a great living experience with easy connectivity to all major areas of the city. Additionally, the apartments were spacious and well-built, which everybody liked. Overall, everything in society was worth living, so I’m planning to buy it as early as possible. I highly recommend this apartment to those seeking a nice society and a spacious apartment to live with family in Tardeo.

I had bought a home in Nov 2019, from last 2 months they are saying that you will get possession soon and do not respond to my mail and call. Apart from these they manhandled me when I wished to see my flat in december 2024. All their demands I paid timely except one in covid time it got delay for a week and they charged heavy interest for it. Its a company of looters/ worthless people are working there.

There have been many times when the BMC has been acting as the central obstruction for not letting the play grounds or parks to be used as areas for development, when these are the lands that have been deteriorating in nature.

There have been several obligations since the very past regarding the handing over of the corpus fund to the association in cases where the builder is not able to find one. The builders have been downright hesitant to claim for the same to handover from builder.

Many of the buyers in the real estate properties that come up as investors or buyers are facing hard time since not many self employed people are been able to pass all the eligibility criteria for qualifying for a house loan. The government should take some active steps in nudging the banks to help such scenarios.

I had invested in this project in 2014 and I was promised a possession by 2016. The staff is horrible and always ready to fool customers like how I was duped in to this project showing the title as Mahindra. DO NOT GO FOR THIS PROJECT AS IT IS THE WORST OF ALL. when sale deed was created after taking almost 50% of the amount they have mentioned the possession by December 2018. So far no information form the builder 95% of the payment is done to the builder and now they say they would hand over the possession by 2019. This is hell lot of cheating openly done by Mahindra Bloomdale and its staff. If they want EMI's they make several phone calls and pressurize you for payments they threaten you for interest on late payment and a huge cancellation fee if we cancel and they not only fool you from time to time but also loot you and still shamelessly claim they are coordinating. they do even bother to pay the interest for a delayed possession. This builder needs to ripped off by all legal proceedings else he won't learn a lesson, he will continue the same with all other customers.

Not a good deal- Project is delayed, prizes are not at all increasing(3200 to 3600), management are very arrogant, Complain to Mumbai office then they take action on the misbehaving employees. initially planned for 550 flats and now making 750 flats which itself is non compliance from MH government, do not deal with this builder be cautious.Making total Fool to customers.

There are other good projects in Nagpur better take ready to move in Project started 2011 now also not completed, committed date for delivery was june 2014.
