I recently visited the Fresia Ranibello in Malad to view a rental property. The property and the surroundings were both excellent, but I still left the place due to the high rent, which I was ignorant of. My broker told me the different numbers, and when I visited the property and liked it, the rent was revised, and when I asked about it, they said by mistake they gave me the previous number, which was not acceptable and above my budget too, so I changed my mind. I won’t suggest buying or renting property here, but rather suggest viewing other good properties in the nearby areas that are quite affordable.

I have been living in Fresia Ranibello in Malad for more than one year and have had one of the best residential experiences of my life. The complex is huge and well-designed, having all the great lifestyle amenities housed in one place. The apartments are spacious, bright, and airy. Not only the complex but also the surroundings are great, offering great connectivity to all the major areas of the city, which really impressed me because I need to travel a lot within the city due to my job profile. I have lived in many places, but Fresia Ranibello is different, convenient, and affordable. I highly recommend those looking for premium residential accommodation with affordable pricing.
