L block - "Greedy house owners, good business men brokers, worst management, worst carpenter, no electricity at night"

I'm living here from past 1.5 years. This appartments is the worst in the area. I was new to noida and had to move in, so got this flat on rent. Do not do that mistake. The brokers are really mean, just coz they want to earn money every year they will hike the rent as per their needs and foolish owners don't mind throwing u out or increasing more than 10 percent of the rent. If you as why? The reply u get is " that's how things work". For ur information that's not how things work. There are better societies like gulsan, shikka, ect. If u are ready to travel a little more like 1.5 kms u have logix blossom county and so many around it in almost same rent.

This logix blossom green is just run by brokers and owners who follow their commands.and u touch anything in the house it breaks due to rust, hard water all the taps broke and I had to exchange that too in 1 year. I see few flats were the wall is broken, door frame is broken. These owners will just paint and give the house like new. Only after u stay in for 2 months u will realise it's all white cement and everything breaks and you have to spend around 30k per year for someone's house and if u tell this to greedy house owners they will say u don't know to use the things. And carpenter is just a scamster. He said few items are for 2000 which I went to market and got for 200. When I said I will get things he gave a fake number of his friend and asked his friend to charge us more money. This whole society is run in scam.

Let's not even get started with the electricity issue. There is a ego game going on with builder and residence. So he plays by switching on and off the electricity all night. Good luck for going to work next day. Security here are rude. They think they own the building and don't even allow the cabs when ur in hurry and ur app is not working.

Maids are good and helpful. And few residents are really nice PPL but the owners who are renting out are just listening to brokers whithout even researching the market prices and they are pure greedy

This builder is very big cheater and lier, they have taken my money and since 2013 and he didn’t hand over my flat which is bloom zest project, sector -14, noida, I don’t know why no govt. body has taken any action, many buyers are waiting for possession but so far he is not giving flat and taken all the money, No he is replying Or sending return message by mail, we request RERA and Supreme Court to take action to hand over flat with fine due to delay

This Logix builder project was stalled for the last 6 Yrs. 2500 home buyers are suffering from the last 10 Yrs. 9 towers are still incomplete by the builder. As per RTI Rs 291 Cr, they are defaulted to pay to Noida authority. No electricity is provided to 5 towers where OC is granted, only running on DG sets.

Logix has 200 nos RERA cases pending, 6 NCDRC cases and the list is long for cases against this builder. 628 Cr was also diverted from this property to some other property

Paid 95% in advance & waiting for flat for 8 years now. Builder is taking investors for ride . Cheating public taking advantage of loose govt system, like RERA & civil courts. Don’t buy any Logix property

We booked Logix Blossom Green in 2011, since then 10 years have passed and we are still waiting for possession. No information from the builder about when they will deliver. They are only shifting deadlines every year. After every spot visit, I found our B tower in the same shape as it was 8 years ago. I have paid my entire life savings nearly Rs 45 lakhs, and was waiting for the final instalment to be paid at the time of possession. It seems Logix group has no money. Last year, they tied up with ATS to complete LBG, but ATS group backed out. All the work is at a standstill. We alongwith several other buyers have filed complaint with UPRERA. This is a fit case for the Supreme Court to intervene as it did against Amrapali, whose owner is now in jail

I visited Logix Blossom Green at sector 143 Noida as I wanted to invest but read some negative reviews so I wanted to check it myself. Upon visiting, I was accompanied by one of their member which made me feel quite special. Their Phase-1 was ready for registration so as soon as I entered the rooms, I found it comfortably spacious. It was 3 BHK along with lobby and kitchen, with bathrooms attached. Two balconies were attached, one on lobby and one on master bedroom. Speaking of flat, I found it very good and comfortable for my uses.

The facilities include Gym, Swimming pool and other shops for daily needs. which are located in the society.

Well, I read most of the reviews here on this platform. And I thought it is really required here to leteveryone know that the best way to check a project's health is to check the quality of construction and the delivery track record. And both the parameters were good withLogix Group. I really liked the quality of products like tiles thatLogix is using in its projects. I also liked the fact that where every other developer inNoida is defaulting on their delivery timelines, Logix has given possessions of its projects. These facts talk a lot about the project. I am happy that I have invested inthe Logix Group.

Logix blossom greens 4 out of 5 stars.

PROS-

1. Residential society is built with all facilities within close proximity.

2. Green parks and green environment.

3. Basic necessities are available.

4. Reasonable price range

CONS-

1. Location too far away

2. Rooms are not spacious

3. It would take a lot of time for the handover of flats.

Overall saying, Logix is good considering you're willing to wait for your home and don't have to visit too often in Delhi as it is too far away.

I chose Logix Group because where I stay right now is way far from my office in Noida but wasn’t aware that it will make me wait for so long and that wait is still in process. I was happy that they will be providing me a fully furnished apartment but I hope when the project will be completed it will make me feel worth waiting and investing.

I booked a 2 BHK apartment in one of the Logix Group’s projectsLogix Blossom County on the suggestion of my friend, I am a happy customer because I got on time possession, quality of products used in the flat and amenities are also nice.It is fully furnished with a double bed, fridge, microwave and etc. Worth investing.

My experience with Logix Group is quite well, I have recently purchased a studio apartment in Logix Blossom County. The location of the project is good and everyone in my family liked it. With Proper interior designing, it is fully furnished and managed flat. There are 18 towers in the area of 25 acres. Very good balance between natural resources and concrete amenities in the project.
