From a buyer’s angle, the project has clear limitations. And the major one is that the amenities are minimal, almost non-existent, and beyond the basics. Another one can be the parking, which can be an issue during peak hours. The building also doesn’t offer much future value. It’s fine for the end-use but not exciting as an investment. Before making a final decision, make sure that expectations are kept to a realistic level.

I liked how this isn’t a massive, overcrowded complex. The society feels personal and manageable; the residents seem to know each other, which adds a sense of togetherness and security. Daily essentials and transport options are also close enough. The flats are decently planned for small families, and if you prefer low-density living, then this will work.
