Lack of Clarity Everywhere..

What frustrated me is how little verified information exists online. No clear specs, no amenity list, and barely any authentic reviews. For the price bracket they quote the units for, the project doesn’t justify a distinction. Maintenance is also a hit-or-miss, depending on the wing. I walked away feeling like the project hides more than it reveals, and that's never a good investment.

Decent Mid-Range Option!

Alpha Residency worked for me because it hits that sweet mid-range spot. The 2BHK I saw had a sensible layout and decent natural light. Location-wise, it’s perfectly convenient; markets, autos, everything is within walking reach. The building feels fairly clean, and the crowd is family-friendly. What more can you ask for? It is surely not a luxury tower, but for everyday living, it checks enough boxes.
