This township is one of the largest township in pune, this township is located at 400acres of land. I am booked 1bhk in this township and the price is very affordable. The 1bhk flat i'll book at 31 lac rs. The amenities are very very best in this township, we get reach feeling when we entered in this township.

Now there are some buildings and row houses are ready.

I'll get puzzation on nov 2021 and this is a valid period because of maharera act if builder not gives flat at given time period then builder pay charges to goverment and return the amount to the customer. So I am book flat there.

So this is an best time to book flat in huge township.

They are very rude. They say that are not worried about the customer, for them investor matters. Really a very bad experience with the builder guys. Their management is also not worried about clarifying customers queries. The builder may be repudated no dought, but I think we must look at if a builder is reliable, clear in communication & suggestable. Suggestable vs Reputable should be the norm. Builder can be reputable but may not be suggestable anymore however the vice versa will always be true. Suggestable will always be reputable.

Please don't rent R7 D1108 if you care for your deposit money. Owner should be blacklisted. Very disappointed. Flat was left in great condition but he returned only 50% of deposit money. Also the society is very far off from main road, almost at world's end. Poor electricity condition.

Booked a ready to occupy flat in kolte-patil raaga Bangalore . Yet to receive after a year

They are bunch of idiots. non -professional junk with least knowledge on building or customer dealings

They will give you fake dates and fake promises to completion.

On the day of possession they told me they can't handover as they were incompetent in completing the flat. And the silliest reason on the last day . Can't arrange for a bathroom fitting for which they were duly paid 5 months back . More dates .as it goes on

You can go for some unknown Reddy builder.but never opt for a kolte-patil

I booked a 2BHK flat at the Kolte Patil undertaking in October 07 for lumpsum at a of forty Lakhs. Dear Buyers,

I have been following up from past 2 weeks just to get main door lock replaced because I was handed over only 1 key during possession every time I call up they say "Aaj Ho Jayega" and its never done.

Its disgusting to deal with service reps. of life republic, totally incapable persons sitting there just to fool customers.

Pathetic quality. Never ever buy flat in Kolte Patil Scheme.

Kolte Patil Developers are the building developers in Pune. I appoint them to develop the layout of my small factory which is located in Pune.

As per my experience there services for the layout is very good and perfect, they provide me a perfect layout of my factory in such a way that it will lead to decrease in the cost of manufacturing, I am very satisfied fro this work so on the basis of that I also appoint them to develop this factory in the same design.

But they are making fool of there customers as they are not good in this services, they are only good in providing layout but they will never tell you truth that they are not expert in there developing activity.

By providing a grate layout as per the area they express that they are also good in there other services but that is not true, If anyone using there services then my this review will help them to undertake there own decision.

Finally I will say that there customer services are not good as they are not disclosing there specialty and making fool of there customers.

My visit experience was not that good.

They have really very bad quality of construction.

1. Is it a good option for investment?

2. As the project is not in corporation and they have huge area to maintain so any suggestion on maintenance cost?

3. Please share electricity and water issues if any once faced .

4. What about the most important life line(For IT people) internet.Are they providing high speed internet

operators with good services?

I am so sorry to write a review about this apartment. I stayed in this apartment for about 5 months and fed up with their service.

When I went for just seeing this apartment, they treated me as good manner. They showed the model room and I attracted to this apartment.

First few months it was nice. After few months their service became pathetic. We needed many repairments. But they didn't send any staffs at proper time. The are not giving any customers satisfaction.

Even some times I won't get any space for parking car. I paid extra amount for parking. But some times parking area should be full.

The Internet connection was sometimes disconnected. The staffs are not helpful. If we needed any help they told me some excuses and left.

It is not worth with the payment. I am not satisfied and won't recommend others to this apartment.

If going through the overall construction of the project is very good, but the problem is with the connecting road.

customer service is comparetively good. the staff courtesy is highly obligable. if customer wants to buy a resale flat, the builder is asking for NOC charges that is too high. for 1bhk it is 25000rs and for 2bhk it is 50000rs. it is no worth and no regulation as mentioned in credai too.

I have seen Kolte Patil Ivy estate Wagholi - A classic estate with proper arrangements, lush greenery with ample space.

where any one goes will find peace and will happy. Its is a small city in it self with lovely peoples living with love and harmony. it has great view, ample gardens and lovely views. it has market inside so don't have to go outside. good security, any one even small child to women can walk at night. it has schools for children. it is so far best living society I have seen. I like to thank Developer " M/S Kolte Patil developer" for such a wonder full planning. It is best society and people love to stay. I hope we will see more marvelous creations from this builder in future. It is awesome and living here is a good opportunity. All arrangements are done thinking of every body from small child toddler to old Grany. great work. like to see more from this builder. hope other builders will also learn from this developers and provide good infrastructure with proper sanctions.

CUSTOMER IS SERVICE IS NOT MUCH BETTER, WHEN WE REACHED THEIR TO BUY A 2 BHK FLAT THEIR PRICES IS TO HIGH, THANKS TO PM MODI SO ALL THE BUILDERS NOW LOWERED THEIR PRIZE DUE TO DEMONETIZATION. STAFF COURTESY IS WORST . SOME OF MY FRIENDS ELDER BROTHER WAS IN THIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, AND HE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE THEIR . TOTAL MANAGEMENT IS OT GOOD NO PLANNING ENGINEERS ARE HIRED, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL, MAIN REASON IS THEY DISTURD IN THE RADIO ADVERTISEMENT. SO I DONT PREFFER KOLTE PATIL

I have a flat too in A1703, R4 Sector at Life Republic Project at Pune. The quality of work is so pathetic. Despite repeatedly going from Mumbai and showing the issues to Mr. Soumitra, the so called person incharge for handing over, is just incorrigible and sits over the issue for months and sends an email after months of waiting, saying that all is done. On checking it is found that nothing has been done except some eye wash. The modus operendi of M/s Kolte Patil is to keep delaying things till a point that u feel frustrated and take the possession in what ever way they have done the work. The material used is of cheap quality and workmanship is further pathetic. Repeated emails with pictures and snag points fall on deaf years with nobody having any time to look into the issues. Infact if u go to meet them at a fixed time, u have to wait for loooooong time before they will attend to u. And if u want to inspect the flat, well then u have had it. Wait for an hour before some labour kind of person will come and open the door and go away with nobody attending to u.

I would not recommend anybody to take flat with M/s Kolte Patil. They are totally out to make a fool of u with good initial presentations but pathetic ultimate results. They have no sense of quality and deliverance. Time of deliverance has no meaning for them. At the end u will have to sign on some document of possession with all conditions to their favour.

No senior person is ever approachable and all the calling systems that they have are typical call centre types where u keep calling without any result.

I booked flat in Kolte Patil - Life RepuRobotouchc in year of DEC-2010 and builder promised to deliver/possession in DEC-2014.

I also paid extra Rs 200000/- as stilt car parking. Now today its MARCH-2017 no flat handover yet. Recently I visited site and found a very cheap quality doors are fitted in my flat such a cheap quality I never seen before. Main door also in cheap quality and they are saying its Malaysia technology. Actually they are making us fool.

When I check some others flats and found other doors are in very bad condition. Some main doors are tilt or broken.

Now builder is saying go for flat possession but we have not decided for car parking so we will allot you later.

My flat possession is late by 2 years and 3 month still builder not decided to allot car parking(I paid Rs 2L for parking). After wards I come to know that they dont have enough car parking.  I asked them let us deduct Rs 2 Lakh as parking charges and handover flat to me but builder saying thats not possible you have to aishwaryasingh23 all dues and once decided we will allot car parking  to you.

Number of flat owner went for legal against this cheap builder.

So my suggestion If you dont want such pain then please DONT invest your money in Kolte Patil Builder.

Kolte patil Developer have many projects going on and one can find they have all kind of products based on customer's need.

One of such project they launch entire township kolte patil life republic near hinjewadi.

Good thing about this builder they have huge land bank and townships and experience of so many township which they have built.

They use good material and design color of their residential projects have fresh look .

They give very good set of ameneties .

Hinjewadi project have good parking looby garden and some projects are for nuclear family 1/2bhk

I have visited there hinjewadi site and some in pune, there relationship manager and customer care whenever you ask any query reply you in full detail

They also show u all legal documents layout plan .

In hinjewadi project OC was not yet received 1year back.

Cost wise there projects are economical compare to other projects for example hinjewadi flat which I seen was 2bhk 1080sqfeet and rate was 5100 Rs per feet. While rate in that area was 5700-6100 rs per sqft.

They have good tie up with banks to get loan sanction faster based on ur papers.

Last time they had offer of zero interest emi which I find good for salary people .

Most imp is service which is fast and all questions and queries they try to solve even u take thir flats or not
