I was looking for 2bhk flat which will be situated near my office and came across their ongoing project Green Olive, these stylish and smart apartments are conveniently located near Hinjewadi IT park and incorporate all varieties of luxurious facilities and amenities one could think of!

I have had a positive experience with Kolte-Patil and hence, I thought of them when I wanted to buy a new and bigger home. Their polite staff informed about the Ivy Estate in Wagholi. Initially, I was bit skeptical about Wagholi but this area has developed a lot in past few years. I also wanted to live in secure gated community which why Ivy Estate tempted me. The location turned out to be quite beautiful.

The project is simply amazing. Villas are beautiful and the architecture is magnificent. What really surprised were the amenities on offer. Gymnasium, swimming pool, aerobics room, billiards room, community hall and many many gardens. These are just some amenities I have stated.

I must say, this is one of the best projects I have seen and am getting ready to buy a villa here. Kolte-Patil builders have served me well in the past and I am confident of the same happening again. Will not hesitate to recommend this project to friends and family.
