I bet you, you will be begging to them after purchasing your flat. The sales team will sell you the flat and then disappear they will not take responsibility for any further process. They will ask you to pay the stamp duty and other charges, and then tell you to wait for a call from the CRM team but that call will never come. Youll have to keep following up actually, not just follow up youll have to beg!

Its very common that youd want to go through the draft agreement before signing or paying the stamp duty to the government. But for that draft, theyll just leave you hanging in the middle of the process.

I did not expect such unprofessional behavior from Kohinoor. Naam bade aur darshan chhote. I feel trapped. Even after paying my stamp duty 7 to 8 days ago, I still havent received the draft agreement, despite continuous follow-ups. Im tired now, but I cant rest because weve invested our hard-earned money.

Kohinoor doesn't have any kind of planning for their houses. They have not thought through their building of their houses and outlets etc. The management is completely unresponsive to feedback. Worst CRM ever seen

Kohinoor has proven to be completely unreliable and unprofessional. They make a lot of false promises, and unfortunately, their most of the projects are riddled with lot of issues.

For example, In Tinsel project, there were numerous quality problems, In Westview project, they included MHADA in the common spaces, issues with road to project and a fail to deliver what was shown in the sample flat. In Kaleido project also there are issue with road leading to the project and many other unresolved issues related to commitments. In Sportsville, they have already passed committed delivery timeline and included MHADA within project and also lot of change in plan.

Despite all this, Kohinoor will offer you plenty of verbal assurances and talk endlessly about their brand, excellence, and customer satisfaction, but the reality is far different. Youll only understand the true picture when you talk to their existing customers who have had to deal with these ongoing problems.

After purchasing, youll find it nearly impossible to get timely responses from their CRM team or senior management. It feels like youre constantly begging for even the smallest of resolutions. I strongly advise anyone considering Kohinoor projects to be cautious and avoid falling into their trap.

Before making any purchase, I strongly recommend to check with buyer of other projects like Tinsel, Westview, Sportsville, Coral etc. instead of relying solely on a brand's name or reputation.

We booked in Sportsville, and our experience has been terrible. During booking, the sales team assured us that possession would be completed by December 2024, but they have failed to meet this commitment. Despite raising multiple concerns about the slow progress of the project, the CRM team has been unresponsive, also no clarity or updates on the project's status. Additionally, several plans were altered without any prior notification to customers.

There are already litigation in Sportsville project which they are hiding so far and still they are unable to clear it out.

Their progress report and updates were also misleading and wrong which we have verified by visiting site by ourselves.

After paying 95% amount, they are not able to schedule mock visit of flats.

This experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating and not at all what we expected from Kohinoor.

Do not fall in trap of their sales team and never recommend Kohinoor to others.

Its very disheartening when we get such service from well known builder. Delivery has been delayed by 1 year as while booking they told different.

I stay in nearby area so I could see how other builder are working . But in this site I rarely see any worker, rarely see any progress.

Very pathetic developer. They have whole cycle of purchase managed with fraud at each level. First sells person as well as Kohinoor CRM lies to you saying project will get completed prior to RERA date. (DON'T FALL FOR THIS). Once you buy then their CRM keep on changing so there commitments. Now looking at progress, we don't even see to get project delivered on RERA date either. Such a pathetic liars. New buyers, be aware before buying flats at there any new sites.

Very poor quality of work. I found that we have paid 80% of money for which work is not completed. Moreover, they started demanding money for lift completion. On site visit, we found that lift is not even installed forget about working. Moreover, several work mentioned in agreement in previous slab still incomplete for which they suppose to payback interest to us. Such a cheaters and one should avoid booking flat here

They are providing SS railing balcony without glass. They said on the master bedroom side it will be full wall not glass or ss and they said it is mentioned in the agreement.

But in the agreement they have mentioned all the options in ////.

Have purchased the flat with them. But after sometime they started showing true colours. They do not give correct construction progress same person same photograph for each building. They illogically ask for brickwork payment before even constructing slab. They do not allow visiting no way of ensuring construction quality whether their appointed 3rd party mixing cement with salt. Also never buy on future promises the roads they promised from ubale nagar side is not available for kaleido residents all our hard earned money is now stuck, don't buy or else you'll get stuck in Sada dukhi raho!! state.

This is honest review,

I have been mentally tortured by CRM Team Sonal Gaikwad and Hemant Shewale for more than 100 days for possession and that is only for 5K interest amount after agreement date and rera date expired , Not a sada Sukhi raho moment for us, They also don't know how to talk to customer .Not picking up the calls and no clear communication.

Dear New Customers... Please read before being a victim.

Please be careful with Group. Sales Team are expert in misguiding. They will give you guarantee that their Rere Date of Possession is after 4 years but our internal timeline is much before and will ask you to check all their previous projects but later they show their true colour.

Their Agreement is purely a trap where they collect money as per phase wise construction and no date milestones are mentioned.

Then, they will mail you certificates and get released 90% to 95% of the amount within 1 Year as they will do no progress of work in Parking or other amenities. Ultimately, after paying 95%, you will have to wait till another 2 to 3 Years... please note. They are so smart that they will put Putty on walls and demand 95% stating commencement of painting whereas you will get possession after 2 to 3 years, so they will put Putty on your walls, squeeze 95% and then will paint few months before possession.

Secondly, in our case, these guys rented the entire road connecting KALIEDO Project showing connectivity from Kharadi, later the road got vanished. Again the road was developed by another builder who will not give access of the road to Kohinoor, so now KALIEDO is connected to Wagholi instead of Kharadi.

Their CRM Team may call you if you stop paying demands over WhatsApp and will threaten you of dire consequences as they are aware that WhatsApp calls are not recorded so please avoid receiving WhatsApp call and keep all conversations and commitments received from Sales Team recorded right from the beginning and better on email as they will keep on changing their commitments.

You will not get any reply of your emails unless you hold their demands. The moment you hold their payments they will reply you within 15 to 20 minutes.

In case of any further clarification, do comment, I can share details of incidences with proofs to best of my capabilities.

In Kohinoor Kaleido, the entire construction was not as per sanctioned plan. Instead of 3 sided open balcony, they raised 3 sided covered balcony and later after lots of repeated follow-up and arguments they are now cutting the walls. Just Imagine the quality of construction if a Mivan Technology constructed wall is being cut and being rectified.

The sales people will try to convince you regarding poor ratings by claiming that we are fake customers and they will also ask you to check the ratings of renowned builders like Nyati.... even they have poor reviews but guys I want to make you alert. Please check the draft of their agreement before giving them any token amount.

There are many more issues like speaking ballant lie to customers, during telephonic conversation suddenly using abusive words like MC, BC etc and after a minute pretending as if he was talking to someone else and these tricks are used by senior level employees of Kohinoor team.

I am highly disappointed.

This is honest review as a customer of Kohinoor group. The quality of work is compromised and there are several issues regarding lift , leakages in all places including parking , roofs , bedrooms everywhere you see. It's been a year and residents are struggling with every now than issues regarding quality of work. After so many inspections the under quality work with people hard earned money was hand over . I would not recommend this group for further purchase if you are on hunt for new property purchase

Builder is with reputation of false commitments.

Vipul Goyal team told us that we will get possession by Dec 2024 and in last 2 years the have done only 9th/20 floor though it's Mivan construction for proof compare the attachment and project started date.

Worst Management - not supportive always lies. false statements.

CRM team gets change after every quater. We buyer have to repeatedly explain each query.

Got Frustrated with this builder. In Future I will never recommend Kohinoor to anyone or I personally will not invest in Kohinoor group.

Not giving possession on time. Worst project. It's around one year they are not giving possession. They sold out project without completing it. Amenities are not as promised. Entrance gate also changed.

Negative experience with the Kohinoor group. It's disheartening when promises aren't fulfilled, especially regarding possession timelines. Frustrations in such situations are completely not understandable. It's essential to voice concerns and seek clarity on the delays. They are fraudsters under name of prelaunch convinced us to book a flat by paying 51k and when asked for the desired flat they said it's unavailable within a day, how come the whole series of flats on each floor can be booked within a day that too in pre launch? Moreover when asked for refund they denied saying that it would be given back after 4 months when there's a project launch.. so till then for next 4 months these fraudsters will use our money by giving the launch date excuse?? Do not trust this builder all good comments are fake..Not sure unlike us how many more ppl are conned by them..

The Manager roams around without mask in this premises and they are rude to existing people as well. The staffs here are unethical and untrusty. They will disconnect water supply and you have to wait till they return next day.Be cautious about these unethical staffs.

Its not only builder builds the trust it has to be with staffs as well.
