Kings Builders and Developers, Mumbai

I often visit Kings Pride in Kurla to meet my sister, who has recently moved there. The complex is good, offering spacious apartments and great amenities, but the only thing I don’t like about it is the traffic and road conditions. Every time I visit, it takes more than an hour to reach from the nearby area. Additionally, the potholes on the road make it extremely difficult to navigate and tire one out due to extra jerking. This is the only reason I don’t like the property; otherwise, it’s good. If traffic is not a hurdle, you must visit.

I recently visited Kings Pride in Kurla to see a resale property, and I liked it a lot. The complex construction was great, the walls were strong and no seepage issue. Also, the apartment was spacious and had a nice view, which I really liked. Not only the apartment but the surrounding area is also good, offering easy access to amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets, making living convenient. Additionally, due to its being situated in a prime location, it offers easy access to the major areas of the city. I liked the place so much, and will try to book the apartment soon, as my loan gets approved.
