Kamla Group, Mumbai

I have been living on rent in Kamla Jainson in Malad for the past few months and would love to share my honest review about this place. I was living in Chembur, and my office shifted to Malad, so it became challenging to travel daily from Chembur to Malad, so I decided to shift to Malad. After searching for a long time I finally rented an apartment in Kamla, and made the worst decision of my life as I was ignorant about the traffic issue of the area, and when I started travelling, it always took more than an hour to reach home. Additionally, outside the apartment, the roads are very unhygienic, and potholes are there, which makes travel inconvenient, especially during the monsoon. I’m searching for a new home and will soon shift as I get.

I often visit Kamla Jainson to do my best. He has recently moved there with his family, and usually calls me on weekends. I love the complex; it's a huge, well-constructed complex that offers proximity to important amenities like schools, colleges, banks, shopping malls, and numerous restaurants and cafes. Additionally, situated in a prime location, it boasts excellent connectivity to the major areas of the city. Overall, I like everything about this place. I was also planning to buy an apartment here, but right now it's not possible due to financial instability. Otherwise, this place has everything which anyone looks for before buying or renting a house.

I stay in a building constructed by kamla constructions. And I have to point out that they are unprofessional and have fallen short in certain key areas.

Well its been almost a decade now however the society has not received its OC and has not been registered.

The society decions are pending in the municipal office and the builder has no time for completing the formalities and paper work.

Another aspect is that of poor upkeep and maintenance. This property is still in the builder's name and hence it is their responsibility to get the repairs and paint work done in a timely manner.

The most shocking part is that they have constructed few shops on the ground floor and those have been determined to be illegal. Its such a mess. I urge everyone to please be careful if you are planning to invest in any project by kamla constructions.

I booked 1BHK flat in kalma builders Project - KulEcoloch in Dec-2011. In registration they mentioned the possession date is Dec-2013. It's almost 4 years gone but peoples are still waiting for livable possession.

There staff is so rude. They don't have manners to how to talk with customers. We all are contacting them from last 3 years, but they always gave us false promises.

No one is taking responsibilities for attending clients. They are demanding 100% amount from us. Still work is not complete.

I'm requesting to those investors who are planning to invest in their scheme think twice. There are lot's of other option's available. Please go through them.

Kumar builder is a big liar. He is a big cheater. Never believe on their fake promises.
