I have been living in Kabra Metro One for a few months, but I left it due to constant congestion. The complex was good, offering a range of lifestyle amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, security, and more. The apartments were also spacious and well-ventilated, which allowed a nice and comfortable living, especially the one I was living in. But the only reason I left the complex was the heavy traffic in the area, especially during peak hours. It had become challenging to go to the office and send children to school. I tried managing, but it was not possible, so I planned to move and finally live in another good place, which offers easy access to the major areas of the city with less travel time. I won’t recommend, but suggest checking things properly before deciding on either side.

What hits me hard about Kabra Paradise, though, is that being close to the road and metro means constant traffic noise and overcrowdness is inescapable; so, not ideal if you value peace. There’s also word of high maintenance and rent charges, and limited visitor parking. With population density in the area, ongoing constructions nearby, and limited quiet spots will definitely make you feel like you’re trading comfort for convenience. If you dislike chaos and want calm, then this place may feel too urban-squeezed.

From a more cautious perspective, financial reports suggest that Kabra & Associates is highly reliant on customer advances to complete the project. And that could translate into only one output: delays or cash-flow issues. Also, while the price per sq ft is on the premium side, some may question whether the appreciation potential justifies that cost.

I recently visited Kabra Metro One in Andheri to view a resale property. The complex was excellent, offering a range of lifestyle amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and more. I liked the property; it was well-built, and the apartments were spacious and ventilated, especially the one I viewed. My mother went with me, and she was very impressed with the society and the apartment. For security, they have installed CCTV cameras even in the common areas, which was very impressive. I went there casually on my friend’s recommendation, but loved the property and applied for a loan. Once it gets sanctioned, I will buy it. Loved it, Worth living!

I found Kabra Garnet attractive for its range of configurations (1, 2 & 3 BHK) and efficient layouts. The amenities are quite upscale, with the offering of a gym, meditation zone, jogging track, indoor games, landscaped gardens, and even an RFID boom barrier for security. And the location in Malad West instantly gives it recognition over strong connectivity, which is near SV Road, Malad Station, and other key infrastructure.

Kabra Paradise gives the standard perks: well-spaced apartments, decent layout, basic security, and reasonable access to city-center convenience. Given its proximity to markets, transport, and neighbourhood amenities, it’s a practical pick if you want to stay in Andheri-West without touching the luxury end. For someone looking for a modest city home with easy access to everything, this seems like a functional option.

We were not shown the required documents that we need to be shown as a buyer, which is why we decided to not go for the house and we request other people to also beaware while dealing with these builders.

There are a number of real estate brokers who are not only untrained in terms of basic knowledge but also lack a proper license of the real estate broking practise which eventually makes it difficult to regularize the entire brokerage practice.

The builders and developers have caused us so much of stress because they have not started the project yet and it has been years since they took our money for the project.

There have been many instances of the redevelopment project build up and facilitation where the builders do not pay timely payment to the owners. Thus the owners are not able to shift to new locations or have to compromise with the size of the flat where they stay on a temporary basis.

The extent to which the cash has been used in transactions as a result of curbing act that does not allow usage of black money has lowered in the real estate sector. Hence the general attack on black money has had some impact.

Unlike many of the times where the houses were sold on the basis of super-built up area, and hence unlike many of the times where the home buyers were buying house on the basis of super built up area will now be paying only for the actual area of the flat.

The builders are taking us on a ride when it comes to maintenance charges! They did not give us this estimate of the maintanence charges before but at the time of possession, they said that these are the charges whih is just not fair!
