Poor Construction Quality, Late Possession!

I booked a flat with JP Infra, thinking it would be the best property decision of my life, but unfortunately, my experience with them was somewhat disappointing. It started with late possession. They gave the flat possession delayed by three years for their committed time, and when we got and saw the flat, we didn’t find it properly constructed, but after three months of possession, we started living there and trust me, one after one, we started getting construction issues such as water leaking, poor fitting, etc. We got very frustrated and would never recommend such poor builders to anyone.
